| Expertise: Ms. Lamb’s practice
focuses on employment law litigation and counseling. She has represented a wide
variety of clients in employment lawsuits in both state and federal
court as well as in arbitrations and before administrative agencies
including the EEOC. She has defended clients against claims of race,
age, gender, national origin and disability discrimination, sexual
harassment and retaliation claims, breach of employment contract
claims, wage claims, employee theft and trade secret claims.
In addition, she has authored many articles and given numerous employment law
presentations for human resource professionals both through the firm and for
professional sponsors such as the Council on Education Management, Employment
Law Institute and Lorman Education Services.
Ms. Lamb joined Hale Friesen, LLP in March 2002. Her prior experience includes
practicing at Davis, Graham & Stubbs from 1998 to 2002, and at Jenner & Block
in Chicago from 1994-1998.
Ms. Lamb received her J.D., with honors, from Ohio State University, where she
served as a managing editor of the Ohio State Law Review, was a member of the
National Moot Court team, and was elected to the Order of the Coif. |
