Gillian Dale joined the firm in May 2007. Her practice focuses primarily
in the fields of employment law, ERISA, commercial litigation, and water
law. Her range of experience includes representing individuals,
corporations, and insurers in administrative matters, litigation, and
alternative dispute resolution. She also counsels employers on a variety
of compliance issues. Prior to joining Hale Friesen, Ms. Dale was a
litigation associate at the Denver law firm of Hall & Evans, LLC, where
her responsibilities included insurance defense, public entity work, and
appellate litigation.
Ms. Dale received her J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law
in 1997, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. She received her
B.A., with high honors, in 1992 from the University of Montana. While
attending law school, Ms. Dale acted as associate editor and publishing
author with the Colorado Journal of International Environmental Law and
Policy and clerked for the Environmental Protection Agency. |
